Introduction
Many people approach language as something automatic.

- “I just can’t speak.”
- “It doesn’t come naturally.”

But language is not something that “just happens.”
Language is a choice.

Why Habit Alone Is Not Enough
Habit is often presented as the key to learning:
- repeat every day
- practice regularly
- build routines
And yes — habit helps.
But habit without awareness leads to repetition, not progress.
A person can repeat the same mistakes for years
if they never stop to understand what they are doing.
Language Begins With a Decision

- to move forward or to freeze
- to communicate or to perform
